A three-night immersive retreat for women ready to deepen the healing they've already begun.
Is This Retreat For You?
This retreat is designed for women who have already begun the work of healing and are seeking space to recognize, embody, and celebrate how far they've come.
You've done the courageous work of turning toward your story. You've begun untangling old patterns, reconnecting with your body, and discovering new ways of relating to yourself and others.
Now, the invitation is different.
Root & Rise is an invitation to pause, notice what has already taken root, and continue growing from a place of greater wholeness.
Over three peaceful nights in Broken Bow, you'll step away from the demands of everyday life to reconnect with yourself through somatic practices, meaningful conversations, nourishing meals, creative expression, and restorative rest. Together, we'll make space to honor your journey, deepen your roots, and embrace what's next with intention.
Whether you've been walking this path for months or for years, this retreat offers a place to breathe, reflect, and remember that healing isn't only about recovering from what was. It's about expanding your capacity for hope, connection, joy, and the freedom to live from your truest self.

Why Root & Rise?
Healing begins with hope.
It's that first small "yes" that leads us toward seeking support, community, healthier relationships, new rhythms, and a different way of living.
But healing isn't only about recovering from what was.
Over time, something deeper begins to happen.
The roots grow stronger.
Our capacity e x p a n d s.
We find ourselves able to experience more joy, deeper connection, greater peace, healthier relationships, and the freedom to live from a place of rooted identity rather than survival.
Root & Rise was created to make space for that part of the journey.
Not to take inventory of your wounds, but to recognize the roots you've already been growing.
To celebrate the ways healing has quietly reshaped your life.
To honor who you have become.
And to step forward with renewed hope for what's still unfolding.

Meet Your Retreat Guides
Andea Beims
Founder of Hive Healing | Somatic Coach
Hive Healing was born from Andea's own healing journey and a deep desire to become the guide she once needed. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing is about far more than fixing what's broken—it's about cultivating hope, embracing curiosity, reconnecting with the body, and discovering the freedom that comes from living from a place of rooted wholeness.
Through somatic practices, guided intuitive movement, creative expression, and authentic community, Andea invites participants to move beyond simply understanding healing and into fully embodying it.
Leanna Rae
Founder of Worthy Cowgirl | Neuro- Integration Practitioner
With more than 13 years of therapeutic experience, Leanna helps people understand the connection between the brain, body, and nervous system. Through Neuro Integration, she offers practical tools that support emotional balance, resilience, and lasting growth.
Known for making complex ideas approachable, Leanna helps participants understand not only what supports healing, but why it matters. Her thoughtful teaching brings clarity, insight, and meaningful integration to the Root & Rise experience.
Andrea Haney
Hive Healing Organizational Director | Enneagram Coach
Andrea oversees the guest experience and flow of the retreat, thoughtfully coordinating the weekend so participants can feel grounded, welcomed, and fully present. From managing the details behind the scenes to holding space for meaningful conversations and offering Enneagram insight when helpful, she helps create an environment where healing can unfold naturally.
Her hope is that every guest leaves feeling deeply cared for, encouraged, and equipped for the road ahead.

Root & Rise is intentionally small.
By limiting attendance, we're able to cultivate meaningful conversation, individualized support, and genuine community throughout the weekend. We anticipate welcoming approximately 8–12 women.
-
Root & Rise is designed for women who have already begun the work of healing and are looking for a place to deepen, integrate, and celebrate that journey. While every woman's story is unique, this retreat is best suited for those who are ready to move beyond surviving and into living with greater capacity, freedom, and rooted identity.
-
If cost is the primary reason you're unable to attend, we encourage you to apply for a retreat scholarship through our nonprofit partner, Hive Hope.
Scholarship applications are reviewed individually, and awards are made based on financial need and available funding. If funds are available, awards may cover all or part of the retreat cost.
